Sign in to blogger with your Google account, if you don't have an account with Google sign up here.(You can do this without signing in but you will get into trouble after few steps)STEP 2. After you get logged in to your account you will be redirected to blogger dashboard. Find the link "New Blog" (look at the left sidebar). Once you click the link a pop up box will appear on the screen. STEP 3. Name your blog in the title field. I mean give a title to your blog. (You can change it later on) For better SEO your title should contain a good keyword or a key phrase that reflects your blog.
